You can make a monetary donation in two ways.
(1) Our partner, the North Carolina Agricultural Foundation (NCAF), serves as fiscal agent for the trail,
and is a 501(c)3 non-profit, tax ID 56-6049304.
A donation made through the NCAF will go to the Upper Piedmont Research Station
Chinqua-Penn Trail Enhancement Fund, and it will be tax-deductible.
You will receive an official receipt for your donation.

(2) Friends of the Chinqua-Penn Walking Trail (FCPWT) is a non-profit organization registered in North Carolina,
but we have not applied for a 501(c)3 designation through the IRS.
While we welcome contributions made directly to FCPWT, they are not tax deductible.
